The patterns of treasures on the label are designs handed down from generation to generation. 50% of the polished rice is used to created this high grade sake. The rice is made by crossing Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku to create Koshi-tanrei.
You will experience melon like aroma, light sweetness, umami, and a clean aftertaste.
