Hatsuhana means cherry
blossom and expresses the
joy of spring.
This is the brewery's highest
grade sake and is made
from locally created rice by
crossing Yamada Nishiki and
Gohyakumangoku to create
Koshi-tanrei.
40% of the polished rice is
used to skilfully create sake
with an elegant, rich flavour
that goes well with special
celebrations.
You will experience umami,
smooth, and slight
sweetness in your palate.
