This Junmai Daiginjo sake is
brewed using 100% Aiyama rice,
which is called the diamond of
sake rice due to its rarity and high
price, and has been polished to a
35% rice polishing rate.
It has an elegant ginjo aroma, and
the moment you put it into your
mouth, you can feel the sweetness
of the rice, followed by a rich
flavour.
It has a refreshing aftertaste and
goes well with a wide range of
dishes.
