Description

It is an easy-drinking Junmai Ginjo sake with a sweet, pleasant, and fruity apple like aroma which spreads throughout your palate.

How was this Sake made?
In 2007, they initially ordered yeast AC95 but yeast CEL24 was delivered incorrectly. They unknowingly continued making the sake and why this sake was named ‘ito-okashi’, an expression which means ‘very interesting’.
